Return Policy

INDUS SCHOOL FOR EXERCISE AND FITNESS (INDIA)

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or modify your enrolment. This cancellation policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests. Please read this policy carefully before proceeding.

  1. Cancellation Requests:

​

1.1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the INDUS SCHOOL FOR EXERCISE AND FITNESS (INDIA) administration or through the designated cancellation form provided by the institution.

​

1.2. Cancellation requests made by phone or in person will not be accepted.

​

1.3. The cancellation request should include the student's full name, course or program details, and the reason for cancellation.

​

  2. Refund Eligibility: 

​

2.1. The refund eligibility and amount will depend on the timing of the cancellation request and the type of course or program enrolled in.

​

2.2. The following refund policy applies: - If the cancellation request is received more than 10 days before the course/program start date, a full refund of the tuition fee will be provided. - If the cancellation request is received less than ten days before the course/program start date, a partial refund may be granted, subject to a cancellation fee of 30 % of the total tuition fee. - No refund will be provided if the cancellation request is received after the course/program start date.

2.3. Non-refundable fees, such as application fees, administrative fees, or material fees, are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

​

2.4. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.

​

  3. Rescheduling Requests:

​

3.1. Rescheduling requests may be considered case-by-case, subject to the desired course or program availability.

​

3.2. Rescheduling requests should be made in writing via email or through the designated rescheduling form provided by the institution.

​

3.3. A rescheduling fee of 30 % of the total tuition fee may apply.

​

3.4. The rescheduling request must be made at least ten days before the original course/program start date.

​

3.5. If a rescheduling request is approved, the student will be enrolled in the next available offering of the course/program.

 

 4. Force Majeure:

​

4.1. If the Educational Institution cannot deliver the course/program due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemic outbreaks, government regulations, or other force majeure events, the institution reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course/program without providing a refund.

​

4.2. In such cases, the Educational Institution will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative solutions, such as rescheduling or providing online alternatives, wherever possible.

​

Please note that this cancellation policy is subject to change without prior notice. We recommend reviewing the policy on our official website or contacting the administration for the most up-to-date information.

Shipping charges related to returns and refunds are non-refundable. INDUS SCHOOL FOR EXERCISE AND FITNESS (INDIA) is not responsible for shipping charges related to returns or refunds. The costs associated with shipping a product back to INDUS SCHOOL FOR EXERCISE AND FITNESS (INDIA) from refusing a delivery shall be deducted from any refund.

ISEF Management requests students to check every detail minutely before placing their Orders because ISEF Management will not be responsible for any wrongly placed order by a student.

Our policy regarding returns for online courseware and eBooks is as follows:

Please note that INDUS SCHOOL FOR EXERCISE AND FITNESS (INDIA) does not offer refunds for any online courseware purchased. Additionally, eBooks from INDUS SCHOOL FOR EXERCISE AND FITNESS (INDIA) are also non-refundable in any circumstance.

Return Policy for Exam Vouchers.

​

If you are a candidate who has purchased a certification study program that includes an exam voucher, it is important to be aware of the following policies: Once an exam voucher has been redeemed, it cannot be refunded. Exam vouchers cannot be transferred to another person. You must redeem your exam voucher within 6 months from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, extensions are not granted on exam vouchers. Additionally, if you purchased an exam voucher separately, it is also non-refundable.

 

Live Class Education Policy

Candidates who purchase and schedule a Live Class are not eligible for any refund in any of the situations. INDUS SCHOOL FOR EXERCISE AND FITNESS (INDIA) does not encourage or appreciate a refund for any purchased course by the student.

​

When candidates buy and schedule a tutoring session with INDUS SCHOOL FOR EXERCISE AND FITNESS (INDIA), all tutor sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once you have scheduled a session, it cannot be canceled. I appreciate your understanding.

​

Damaged Goods

​

In case you receive a damaged product, kindly reach out to us without delay by emailing us at indusschoolindia@gmail.com or calling us at +91 95606 89118 from Monday to Saturday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

​

Please note that any inquiries regarding lost or damaged items must be made within 15 days of purchase. Our products are shipped to our customers directly from the INDUS SCHOOL FOR EXERCISE AND FITNESS (INDIA) Headquarters in Model Town.
