Indus School for Exercise and Fitness (ISEF) is established with the ideology to train the youth for professional courses like personal fitness certification, yoga certification and group fitness certification. The school organize workshops, seminars, and conferences at national and international level in collaboration with eminent organizations and individuals for upgrading knowledge among the youth in the fields related to health, fitness, yoga, wellness, and nutrition. The school is responsible for providing job opportunities. The school publishes research articles related to health, fitness and sports sciences in national and international magazines, and journals.
